Preferably an industry-recognized international qualification, Hotel school degree strongly preferred, Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering, Proficiency in Security Awareness, Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities,ENG1 Medical Certificate, Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Elementary First Aid, 5 - 10 years of experience.
