Job Description

A 94m/308ft motor cruiser is currently looking for CruiseAttendant/Nurse Previousexperience aboard is preferable but not essential.  Crew must beAustralian or be able to work legally within Australia. Based in Far NorthQueensland, Should have at least 2 years hospitality experience - F&Bexperience and Bar experience as well as Interior detailing experience ispreferable, as housekeeping is a large part of the cruise attendant’s job.

·Current passport

·AMSA endorsed certificate of sea safety –STCW95.

·AMSA Medical

·Current senior first and CPR – isrequired to be in Nursing and remote training

·RSA

·Passenger ship training preferred ifnot are prepared to train – if not we can organise the training  

·Qualifications in Nursing/ higher RemoteFirst Aid training

 

For the right candidates we willconsider Australian large city as home Port. We cover all crew flights requiredfrom any major home port to join and depart vessels.

 

ITINERARY: 

Kimberley Coast, Tasmania, GreatBarrier Reef, PNG, Islands of South Pacific and Indonesia, Asia

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

STCW95(AMSAendorsed), RSA, AMSA Medical, F&B and Service experience.  You willhave to organize AMSA medical if they do not have current, other requirementsare Yellow Fever vaccination, MSIC Card and ASSB; Nursing qualifications/higherremote first aid training

 

START DATE: Early  February 2019

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Full time casual

 

SALARY:  Cruise Attendants are employed on a casual rate onlystarting at AUD ($12623.94)per 7 sea days. (salary is negotiable to the rightperson with the right experience and qualifications )
