A private 32M/ 103FT Explorer motor yachtis current currently searching for a Sole Chef to join their crew of 4. Theideal candidate will need to have worked on similar size yachts. You willbe required to cook for 5 crew and up to 8 guests. You will need to be cleanand tidy in the galley at all times, well presented and be able to provision inremote places. The candidate needs to be between the ages of Mid 20’s to Mid40’s. Need to be a fun & energetic chef. The yacht will be cruising remoteplaces so need to be open to being away from home
The Owners: Enjoya good variety of healthy and well presented food, like sea food, Healthysalads, Lamb, Steak and Chicken.
QUALIFICATIONS: STCW95, ENG1 medical, Chef or strongcooking skills is a must. Be well organised and okay to provision in remoteplaces. Be a good all round team member and willing to help out in all otherdepartments.
ITINERARY: Remote cruising, Departing fromTahiti, and ending in Brisbane
START DATE: START EARLY JUNE THROUGH TODECEMBER 2019
