Yacht Interior Design Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Duties include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, managing all incoming/outgoing shipping and handling, receptionist/office management responsibilities, store cleaning and organization, assisting the Outfitting Specialist and Designers with various requests such as deliveries and client presentations.
-Positive attitude and can take initiative.
-Ability to multitask in a busy office/retail environment
-Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- QuickBooks - Bookkeeping experience.
-Excellent communication skills both written/verbal (English). Spanish a plus.
- Must be legal to work in the US.
- High School Diploma minimum.
-Valid Driver’s License and MUST own a vehicle. (This is a desk job with some light manual labor. 9 am-5 pm, M-F)
