 Hi everyone,

I am looking to go to Antibes at the end of march 2015.

I am new to the super yacht industry but have some experience on smaller vessels up to 30ft. I have been working in the marine industry for 3 years building and repairing boats. I am currently employed by Princess Yachts doing GRP.

I am 19 years old; is that to young too start crewing?

What's the best advice?

I have some qualifications:

ENG 1 medical

Powerboat L2 and ICC

NVQ L2 in boat building

Padi openwater

Kind regards

Totally not, what you have shown already is great commitment and interest in the world of yachting, which will stand you in good stead. Your hands on experience would be useful to a yacht as well, go for it and good luck! A useful point of reference i found was ..... you may find it helpful too...

Best of luck to you
