Southeast Asia countries (Singapore,Thailand, Burma etc.) do not require any kind of pre-order visa and allow to make one on arrival. The term is almost up to 30 days. So, if I am on vessel, do I need visa, or not (even if I am not entering port area - just staying at anchor)? And if I need to enter to port area then I need to get visa in port or where else?

The only country in SE-Asia that is a pain in the butt is Indonesia, everyone else is an open door policy issuing visas on arrival.

Ok,got ya. So, do I need visa if stay on vessel? As far as I know, the vessel itself is territory of the foreign state.
