Does anyone have recommendations for good reference books for napkin folding, silver service, or formal table service?

Excellent question, I don't know the answer, but I will say I knew a stew who did amazing origami, she made incredible tips especially when there were kids onboard.

We teach the class, and have a manual you get with the class, or...you can buy it without the class. Contact me at kristen@americanyachtinstitute.com if you're interested.

A great book is Napkin Folding and Table Decoration by Bridget Jones and Madeline Brehaut. ISBN N-O-8317-6512-7.

Good Luck.
