I'm going to be heading over to Fort Lauderdale

In a years time to enter the superyacht industry as soon as I've finished my Bcom in strategic management. I have 2 year experience in bartending and would like to add some qualification to the usual basic stcw to make myself more attractive when finding a job, I have my advanced diver and was either thinking of going further and getting to divemaster or following my stronger passion and qualifying as a kitesurfing instructor if anyone has any advice on which one would be more worthwhile investing the time and money in doing would be greatly appreciated and if it is worth my while getting these further certifications in order to find a job more efficiently.
