Hi guys ideas wondering if you could shed some light on a few issues for me. I am in Spain trying to get a job on a super yacht, I am currently in Spain on a 3 month holiday visa. I hold a NZ passport. I couldn't get a job on a Spanish yacht that hoisted a flag under EU, the boat doesn't leave Spanish waters. This is due to me being on a holiday visa not a working visa. I was also wondering if there are any other issues with boats that are flagged in the UK that spends all its time in EU waters? And also if there are restrictions/limits depending on what flag the boat hoists and what country the boat is in. A lot of questions but please help!!
