Port Solent is a major marina village accessed through Portsmouth Harbour, with a 24-hour lock operation. The development has been purpose-built for yachtsmen and offers every service and facility. The helipad is available by prior arrangement. The Boardwalk is a combination of shops plus many different types of restaurants and bars that look out over the marina. Next to this area is a six-screen cinema and the Port Solent Yacht Club, which runs a full calendar of sailing events. There is also a large David Lloyd gym including indoor and outdoor pools. Portsmouth also offers a selection of attractions, including Admiral Nelson's flagship HMS Victory.

Welcome to Superports!

With data on more than 600 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team is pleased to present its online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.

So if you've had a great night out, found the best surf shop or been impressed with an emergency repair, click on the Recommend A Local Service link and share it with crew around the world.
