Abell Point Marina, located in the heart of the Whitsundays, Queensland Australia, has emerged as one of the premier Superyacht destinations on the east coast of Australia. In 2014/15, an AUD 12 million face lift takes new owner Paul Darrouzet well on the way to realising his vision of the Monaco of the Whitsundays Coast. The new development includes upgraded private amenities, three new restaurants and bars, 300 new parking spaces, and foreshore relaxation areas. New for 2015/16 are the marina parkland and Abell Point Yacht Club conference and event facility. Situated in the vibrant town of Airlie Beach, Abell Point Marina is a perfect base for crew rest and relaxation with easy access to cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs and a variety of shopping.

Welcome to Superports!

With data on more than 600 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team is pleased to present its online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.

So if you've had a great night out, found the best surf shop or been impressed with an emergency repair, click on the Recommend A Local Service link and share it with crew around the world.
