Just off the Intracoastal Waterway, and a short cruise from the Atlantic Ocean, Bohicket Marina is one of South Carolina's best kept secrets. Nestled between the islands of Kiawah and Seabrook, Bohicket is the perfect place to tie up for the day or even the season. A variety of cafés and restaurants offer delights from seafood to pizzas. Outdoor entertainment includes live reggae or beach music, a waterfront raw bar and a children's fishing tournament. In July, the village hosts the Governor's Billfish Tournament.

Welcome to Superports!

With data on more than 600 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team is pleased to present its online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.

So if you've had a great night out, found the best surf shop or been impressed with an emergency repair, click on the Recommend A Local Service link and share it with crew around the world.
