Atoll Estates has announced the development of Zamani Islands, which will feature the country’s first superyacht marina and yacht club. Located in Maldives’ South Malé Atoll, the destination of eight islands and three resorts will launch its first phase in spring 2026.
The 60,000 square-meter marina will include exceptional facilities, including crew amenities and provisioning, and docking services. The destination aim to be the first 100 percent clean, renewable energy resort in the Maldives.
Featured facilities will include three spas, including the “first medical spa in the Maldives,” and 28 food and beverage venues. The resort’s culinary “crown jewel” will be the Maldives’ largest underwater restaurant.
"This is a project more than two years in the making,” says Atoll Estates founders Amit Majumder and Dmitry Bourtov. “It was our intention from the outset to conceive a resort with sustainability truly at its heart that will do good for both people and place.”
